- 1-2 raspberries, plus 1 more for garnish.
- 1 ounce raspberry vodka
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
- dash fresh lime juice
- float of champagne
- Muddle the respberries in the bottom of a martini glass. Combine the raspberry vodka, Cointreau, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the champagne. Garnish with a raspberry.
