  • 4 oz. part-skim mozzarella, shopped
  • 3 cups mache
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs white balsamic vinegar

    • devin This pizza is delicious! I could not find mache at my local market so used a spring mix. It was light but filling, and I had a ton of leftovers. The presentation was beautiful – would be a great recipe to make for entertaining b/c it is easy to make but a gourmet taste!
