Spring Partners is looking to hire a uniquely skilled individual to fill the role of Project Manager and Product Expert to manage relationships with our partners and users. Must have a keen attention to detail, a commitment to organization & a thirst to learn. Overall responsibilities include: community management, customer service, partner relations, and product quality assurance.  You will also be responsible for supporting user marketing & outreach initiatives.

 

As a Project Manager at Spring Partners you will:

• Know the in’s & out’s of springpad, exhibiting an unmatched understanding of the product, how people use it, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop project plans, create due dates & manage deliverables across the company
• Correspond with corporate & blogger partners about project status & product features
• Support the development team to be sure that new features are built to partner requirements
• Use the product to build solutions for our partners - publishers, advertisers & bloggers
• Participate in user forums, exhibiting a thorough understanding of our product & our priorities
• Assist the marketing department to leverage the springpad platform for marketing campaigns and programs to increase product awareness
• Define and measure success metrics

 

You have:

• A love for the startup environment and the all-hands-on-deck culture

 

Nice to have:

• 2-5 years of work experience in a self-driven role
• A personal or professional blog
• Basic knowledge of HTML & photo-editing tools a plus
