"LOVE this recipe, and it's incredibly simple. Much better than store bought.
However, I do make a few adjustments. I use only about 3/4- 1 cup of confectioners sugar, and I omit the cream. The cream makes the frosting more loose and runny.
I usually put this into a ziploc bag, trim a corner off the bag, and pipe onto the top of cupcakes. Just add food coloring to make different colored frosting, too :)" - Momisodes
