First, it helps to be aware of the most common forex scams:

1) Magic Bullet Software

Let's face it, people are lazy. They want someone or something else to do the work for them, and many enterprising capitalists realize this, which is why they've created software that supposedly tells you what trades to make. The sales pitch is that you can just press a button and make money. Do you really believe that? Sorry, but there's no "magic bullet" when it comes to forex, or anything else for that matter. If you want to be successful, YOU need to be the one to make it happen.

2) Signal Sellers

This popular scam goes like this -- some fly-by-night company claims to have THE signal service of all signal services, and they make you pay a fee to learn what trades you should be making. This is akin to bookie scams in the sports betting industry. Furthermore, the information used to tell you what trades to make can be obtained on your own for free if you know where to look.

3) High Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs)

HYIPs are notorious for convincing people to part with their hard-earned money. The typical HYIP has you invest some of your money into their forex fund, promising you very high returns. This is actually a kind of Ponzi scheme where the previous investors get paid by the newly-recruited investors. Eventually, the forex fund will reach a point where the supply of prospects has been exhausted, and then the people who started the HYIP will just take the money and run, leaving its investors hanging.

The bottom line is that you should think twice before getting involved in any type of investment program (or buying any type of forex or other investing product) that promises quick and easy riches. It simply doesn't work that way.

Slumdog Forex is none of the above. It is a simple and effective strategy for trading foreign currency, specifically the EUR/USD currency pair (although you may use any currency pair that you want). The basic idea is to start small ($100 to $500) and aim for small daily gains of between one and five percent. Each trading day, you'll trade on your total balance, so that over the course of the next one to two years, you will have potentially accummulated a fortune. If you don't understand why, just do some research on the power of compound interest. The math doesn't lie.

The Slumdog Forex trading system follows the compound interest model, thereby making it a proven, stable and predictable investment strategy for those with a low threshold for risk. Based on thousands of trades done by the creator of this product, the Slumdog strategy is accurate over 89% of the time, which is remarkable. You may also find it interesting that the system explained in Slumdog Forex is the same strategy that many banks are using to make millions in the forex market. Incidentally, these banks use their customers' money to do the trading. They take a small amount of money from their customers' accounts, and they use it to make huge profits over time.

If it's good enough for the banks, it's good enough for you, right?
