I was intrigued by Dunkin Donuts' waffle breakfast sandwich, but not impressed by the 23 grams of fat (8 of them saturated!), 1000 mg of sodium, added sugars and barely-there fiber content. So I decided to create my own – which ultimately made my stomach, wallet, and waistline very happy.
