  • scant 1/2 t baking soda
  • heaping 1/2 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (186 g) packed pumpkin
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (76 g) oat bran
  • approximately 1 cup chopped pecans (98 g)
  • 1 cup cinnamon chips
