Barbeque Pork Roast Recipe

"I browned the pork in olive oil, drained the fat afterwards, then put everything in the slow cooker. Will update this note to tell you how it turns out." - betty
  • 1 bone-in pork picnic, blade or shoulder roast (8-9 lb size)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried Mexican oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
