betty I brushed on the sesame oil and soy sauce and broiled this in the oven. I added a little chili paste to the sauce. Could be the 30 year old dry mustard that I tried to use, however. So taste first and see if it needs more umph. I used white wine--no open sake in the house. I forgot the sesame seeds--oops!--but the sesame oil is important!
I had 1 lb of black cod and DH and I gobbled it all up and wished for more.
