"I poured this (using 4 cups of water) into a 9x13 pan -- it cooked a bit more quickly than I expected, and would have fit fine in an 8x8. I added a cup or so of grated white cheese, not sure what kind, a Costco left over from a party. A fine method! Yum, polenta! Served with mixed greens from TJ, sauteed with onion, garlic, sausage, cherry tomatoes, some stock from Thanksgiving's turkey." - betty
