Paper Plate Valentine Wreath

Materials
  • 1 paper plate
  • assorted pieces of patterned scrapbook paper
  • glitter and/or sequins
  • scissors
  • glue

  • Cut the center of the plate out leaving about a 4 inch ring

  • Cut various size hearts out of the scrapbook paper and glue onto the plate.
  • Add glitter and sequins to finish (optional)
