1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 cupcake cups with paper liners 2. Place cake mix, gelatin, strawberries in juice, milk, oil and eggs into a bowl and blend with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes stopping frequently to scrape sides of the bowl 3. Spoon batter into cupcake cups filling about 3/4 of the way 4. Bake until the cupcakes are slightly golden 20 - 25 minutes 5. Cool completely then top with icing and garnish.
