Valentine Fortune Cookies

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- cornstarch
- colored sugar sprinkles
- water
- non toxic pen
- small slips of paper
1. dust surface with cornstarch and roll out one of the pie crusts
2. Using a 3 inch circle cookie cutter cut 6 circles from the crust
3. Using a non toxic marker write fortunes on the slips of paper. Fold the paper in half and place in center of the circles
4. Fold the dough circle in half then pinch and fold the ends together to form a fortune cookie shape
5. Brush the top of each cookie with water and sprinkle with colored sugars and place on non greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
