- 1 Whole Wheat Pita or (tortilla if you want to save carbs)
- 1-2 Tbsp Gayle’s Sweet & Sassy Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 c diced red onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 4 oz grilled BBQ chicken
- 1/4 c or 1/2 oz finely shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- I measured out 4 oz and chopped it up for my pizza.
- 1/2 your tomato slices
