- 2 teaspoons whole wheat flour or 1 tsp arrowroot
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic cloved, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon season salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
- 2 cup presliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Red Wine (good enough to drink)

- danababy Danica I don't know if you get notified when comments are made.. but just in case: I noticed most of your recipes just show an ingredient list and no instructions. Am I missing something? This is my first day using Springpad so I may just be a dumb novice... Help?
