(4 T chili powder, 2 t salt, 1 t pepper, 2 t oregano)
28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 - 15 oz can red beans
1 bag chili cheese corn chips
Sour cream, 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
In lg skillet, brown ground round, sausage, garlic & onions; drain well. Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce & pinto beans. Cover & simmer at least 30 mins or put in crock pot on low for 6 hours. Serve chili w/ chili cheese corn chips, sour cream & shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
