About foodiephile

Mostly recipes that fall into my anti-inflammatory diet, which means no dairy, meat, gluten, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, fried, sugary, or processed foods. What CAN I have? Fish, ground flax seeds, fruit, legumes, rice, oats, soy, omega-3 enriched eggs, and most veggies. Xylitol or agave rather than sugar (and only sparingly). Recipes that make the cut are quite welcome!
