- 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1 lb size)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.
- Combine sauce, marmalade, ginger and garlic powder; spoon evenly over chops.
- Bake 45 minutes or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).
