Ingredients

Penne
1 tablespoon of butter
2 medium shallots, finely diced
5 garlic cloves, finely diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
175ml vodka
400 ml pureed tomato concasse (RECIPE
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 heaping tablespoons creme fraiche
Salt and pepper to taste ( I used white pepper, it adds a nice suprising kick)
