- 4 lemons zest from all and 8 tablespoons of juice
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil*
- salt and pepper to taste*
- 4 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 large red onion, cut crosswise into very thin slices (should be about 1 1/2 cups)
- 8 oz feta, crumbled
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
