1. Thaw dough overnight on the counter, covered with a dish towel so it rises. 2. Preheat over to 350. Flour the work surface, then roll dough into a large oval. Spread with margarine. 3. Grate the pepperoni, covering dough. Leave a 1" border around one of the long sides. 4. Spread the cheese over the pepperoni. 5. Roll from the long edge that has no border. Seal the roll by dipping your fingers in water & pressing it down. 6. Bend the roll like a "C" & place on a baking sheet. 7. Cut 6-8 1" slits to let steam out & brush top of roll with melted margarine. 8. Bake for 5-20 minutes.
