Gary's Notes: NOSE-pretty tight; getting a little hint of red fruit (cherry) and a little bark action; PALATE-luscious red fruit; nice tannins on the mid-palate; the sour cherry is really the essence of this wine; I like the backbone structure; good light fruit on the back-end; not too heavy or light; great barbeque dinner wine; a nice round and lush back-end; not inexpensive at $20 bones for a Malbec, but this has the "oomph" power on the back-end; I like this wine; I like the sour action and hint of tobacco on the back-end; a hair overpriced, but this is young and has room to grow; GV-90/91; GV-89/91
