Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach; thawed, drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 (14 ounce) can artichoke heart; drained - chop in quarters
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (if mayo bothers you, use sour cream instead)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano; grated (asiago is a nice substitute)
