  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 1-2 small zucchini, quartered and chopped
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 10-oz. can bean with bacon soup
  • 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
