Hi my name is Nancy and I am passionate about everything and anything dealing with food. I used to cater in my old hometown, before I got married, for a few years and really learned which recipes work and don't work. I feel that too many people are deterred away from home cooking because they're in a jam by the end of a hard work day and feel that cooking will take a lot of their time.
