  • 1 1/4 Cups Peanut Oil for deep-frying
  • 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Potato Flour mixed with 1 Tbsp cold water
  • 1 Tbsp Clear Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Potato Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Stock or Water
