Coconut & Lime: Nutella Black Bottoms

- for the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 oz miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- for the batter:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (sounds icky, but makes them nice and fluffy)
