Common Questions

  • I didn't receive my confirmation email. Now what?

    First check your spam folder, then be sure you registered with the correct email address. To check that your email address is correct, click settings in your Springpad account. You can also re-request the email by logging in at Springpadit.com and clicking the link on the left side of the home screen.

  • I registered with the wrong email address. How do I fix it?

    Log in at Springpadit.com. Click on Settings to change your email address. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that you must click on to complete the change.

  • I've forgotten my password. Help!

    Just enter your email address here https://springpadit.com/forgot.action

  • I can't log in on my iPhone or Android device.

    Use the same account to log in on the mobile apps that you use on the web. If you do not know your username, log in at Springpadit.com, then click on Settings to find your username & password.

  • I've tried everything but still can't log in!

  • How do I delete my account?

    Log in at Springpadit.com and click on Settings.

  • Is there a way to import notes from other services?

    Sorry, not yet.

  • Can I backup my Springpad data

    Yes, you can save an HTML file of all of your Springpad data to your computer. Log in at Springpadit.com and click on Settings, then Services to find your backup options.

  • Where did my Apps go?

    We have replaced Apps with Notebooks. All of the data you added to your Springpad Apps are now available in My Stuff.

  • Can I privately share notes or notebooks with other users?

    We do not support private sharing or collaboration at this time. Each note or notebook will have one of the following privacy settings: - Private: This is viewable to you only - Public: Available for anyone to see online, or your Springpad followers to see in Friends Stuff

  • Do you have an API?

  • Is there a limit to the number of files I upload?

    Each file must be less than 5MB. There is currently not a limit on the number of files you upload.
